How do I apply for membership?

At this time you can apply directly on our website by submitting a brief application. Our team reviews every applicant to ensure alignment with Forte’s standards. We prioritize strong referrals, enthusiasts, serious buyers, sellers, and collectors.

How long does the approval process take?

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and typically take a couple weeks. You’ll receive an email once your application has been approved.

Do I have to be a paying member to sell or buy a car?

Yes. Forte 'Access' is free and allows you to browse, check values and connect with owners. However,  all transactions are handled through our auto concierge which is an on-demand, fully licensed service accessible only to Forte 'Insights' members.

What criteria do you use to approve memberships?

We evaluate applicants based on:
Automotive history – Are you an active buyer, seller, or collector?
Engagement in the car space – Industry professionals, collectors, and passionate enthusiasts are prioritized.
Referrals – Being referred by one of our partners can accelerate approval.

Is my profile private or public?

By default, all profiles are private. Members can opt to switch to a public profile to showcase their garage, watchlists, and market engagement by upgrading to an Insights membership.

How do you ensure security for buyers and sellers?

Forte is built for trust and transparency. All members are vetted, reducing fraudulent listings and unserious buyers. We only work with verified dealers ensuring that all transactions are legitimate. Our auto concierge is manned by licensed veterans, experienced in high-value transactions.
